Your daily challenges

Delivering flowers means delivering a moment. Every detail counts.

Non-negotiable time windows

A 2pm wedding delivery can't arrive at 1pm or 3pm. Without the right tool, juggling these schedules is a nightmare.

Multiple fragile deliveries at once

The longer the route, the higher the risk of damaged bouquets. Optimizing the route also protects quality.

Imprecise or incomplete addresses

Many bouquets are gifts: the sender doesn't always know the recipient's exact address.

Recipient absent at delivery

Anticipating redeliveries and special instructions (neighbor, doorman) requires careful per-stop management.

How OptiRoad helps you

Four essential features for the florist trade.

Precise time windows (Pro/Business)

Set the exact delivery time for each stop. The VRPTW algorithm finds the order that respects every slot and flags any expected delays.

Per-recipient notes

Add specific instructions (floor, code, neighbor) that show up in the PDF and CSV exports. No more forgotten details.

Shortest route

TSP solver minimizes mileage: less time in the van, more time to care for each delivery.

Clean PDF export for the driver

Tidy route sheet with addresses, ETA, notes and recipient phone numbers for each stop.

Your florist morning with OptiRoad

2

3

4

Hit the road with your PDF

Export the route sheet or open the route in Google Maps. Recipient phone number one tap away in case of absence.

Frequently asked questions from florists

Yes, on Pro and Business. You set an opening time range per address (e.g. 2pm-2:30pm). The algorithm respects these windows and warns about possible delays.

OptiRoad doesn't handle automatic redeliveries, but you can add per-stop instructions (leave with neighbor, etc.) that appear in the PDF along with the recipient's phone number.

Yes, on Business: you can optimize 2 to 10 vehicles, splitting deliveries automatically (Clarke-Wright VRP).

Yes. Your addresses are used only for the computation and visible only on your account. History is kept 30 days on Pro, not kept on Free.

Pasting from Excel/CSV is the fastest. To integrate with a florist POS, the Business plan includes a REST API. See /docs.
