Yes, the Free plan is free with no credit card required. It includes 5 route optimizations per month and up to 10 stops per route.
We use a TSP (Traveling Salesman Problem) approach: nearest-neighbor to build the initial route, then 2-opt to improve it. For 10 stops or fewer, we test all permutations to guarantee the absolute optimum.
Absolutely. Go to Settings > Manage subscription to cancel via the Stripe portal. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current period.
Yes, the PDF lists each stop in optimized order with the full address, distance and estimated duration from the previous stop.
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. You can define an opening time range for each stop (e.g. 9am-noon). The VRPTW algorithm (Earliest Deadline First) sequences the route to respect these constraints and flags any expected delays.
